I'm a disabled veteran with no insurance. I made an appointment three weeks out advising the receptionist that I was making this appointment for a nexus letter. Although they were more than willing to take my payment, they refused to write the letter as I requested. The nurse practitioner literally stated that no one in the office was qualified to write a letter. Excuse me?? All the staff are wonderful. Dr. Lester is top notch.
-2 stars for whoever handles coding at this location. I came in for a wellness visit and in my paperwork where it asks if you have any comments indicated I had issues but would book a specialist. They still billed it as a "problem" visit and charged around $500 and then it caused all the standard wellness tests to be charges as diagnostic. I did not request vitamin D testing and it was completely unrelated to even the issue I mentioned I would go to a specialist for. Not happy with Toni Melville’s services at all. I’ve been going to her for a while and to believe in a physician who thinks she knows everything, my issues have went unnoticed. She has done nothing to help; she’s a waste of time and money and doesn’t have the answers one needs for sciatica nerve or pirifornis syndrome. Strangers has given more valid information than her, and her assistant, who does not know much either. Dr.Lester is incredible! I was establishing a new primary care physician and came across her great reviews and they don’t even do her justice. She was very attentive to my concerns and made sure to address them in ways that work for my life and health goals. She was not only very personable but also truly seemed to care about the concerns I had expressed and did not rush our visit. Very pleased with my experience!
