I loved this place. Best doctors I ever had! The nurses were on top of things as well. The location is really pretty too. I am glad I choose to come here. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!
The office isn't coordinated. On one occasion an inadequate msg was to advise an urgent hospital visit. I was unaware until my next appt b/c my callback resulted in, “We don’t know why someone would have called you. Just come in for your next appt.” NE began scheduling 2-3wkly appts w/o consent, marking my chart negatively if missed & threatened to d/c care until I threatened legal action. NE is large w/10+ OBs & couldn't rotate through more than 5 in 35w. The dr who delivers is entrusted with baby's life & yours. The import... read more
Disappointed. They almost gave my son 3 vaccinations he didn't need because they pulled out somebody else's chart and they also misdiagnosed both me and my husband on separate occasions requiring us to come back for unnecessary and incorrect follow-ups. I eventually moved my family to another clinic.
the people at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, it difficult for patients to get information that they need. Steer clear of Ardsley Internal Medicine, this place is a JOKE and the office manager is really bad at her job! I always schedule the first or second appointment of the day so I do not have to wait. Dr. Bastadjian did not arrive to work one morning until 45 minutes after my appointment! Then, she completely skipped me and went in to her second appointment of the day. My child has been there several times and all we have had is great experiences. They have taken excellent care of her
This place has no value for their patients time at all! How do you confirm the day before and and then less than TWO hours before the appointment- call to cancel. Mind you, my appointment was at 3:30 pm! I have been fasting per their directions since I was to get blood work done. If you knew this morning the doctor had an emergency that MORNING, the call should of been made that morning! Not later in the afternoon. Absolutely horrible service. First off, it takes over a month to get an appointment in their office if you need a wellness exam or blood testing done. I work in the veterinary field and if I told a client they had to wait a month before being able to see a doctor I am sure we would never see them again. Once I finally had my appointment, they lost my health certificate for school (traveling outside the country). Absolutely horrified that our healthcare professionals are so negligent
If you need help this is not the doctor to go too. She forgets to call and make appoints for referrals and prescriptions . You have to keep calling many times to remind her of what she keeps forgetting to do. She does not comprehend anything you tell her about what bothers you. Its hard to believe this person made it through High school much less College. But if you want a good laugh go ahead and make a appointment with her , it will give you great appreciation for the intelligence of a baboon
