Disappointed. They almost gave my son 3 vaccinations he didn't need because they pulled out somebody else's chart and they also misdiagnosed both me and my husband on separate occasions requiring us to come back for unnecessary and incorrect follow-ups. I eventually moved my family to another clinic.
the people at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, it difficult for patients to get information that they need. Steer clear of Ardsley Internal Medicine, this place is a JOKE and the office manager is really bad at her job! I always schedule the first or second appointment of the day so I do not have to wait. Dr. Bastadjian did not arrive to work one morning until 45 minutes after my appointment! Then, she completely skipped me and went in to her second appointment of the day. My child has been there several times and all we have had is great experiences. They have taken excellent care of her
This place has no value for their patients time at all! How do you confirm the day before and and then less than TWO hours before the appointment- call to cancel. Mind you, my appointment was at 3:30 pm! I have been fasting per their directions since I was to get blood work done. If you knew this morning the doctor had an emergency that MORNING, the call should of been made that morning! Not later in the afternoon. If you need help this is not the doctor to go too. She forgets to call and make appoints for referrals and prescriptions . You have to keep calling many times to remind her of what she keeps forgetting to do. She does not comprehend anything you tell her about what bothers you. Its hard to believe this person made it through High school much less College. But if you want a good laugh go ahead and make a appointment with her , it will give you great appreciation for the intelligence of a baboon
Don't go here! Can't ever get a appt. I will call trying to get a appointment for my sick daughter at 8am and they won't have anything available. I had to take my daughter to the emergency room or quick care several times cause this office stays to booked up they never have any sick appt available.
After my husband and myself have been there for 10+ years they throw a urine test on the both of us saying our meds weren't in our systems we tried to be retested & bring in bottles they refused, dropped us as patients & even dropped my husband off his anti-anxiety meds cold turkey without at least a 30 day supply, which it is common since that should be mal-pratice knowing he could go into seizures & other harmful side effects. Dr. Bowen is the best! I have never before met a physician who so clearly cares about and actually listens to her patients! I adore her & my husband had the opportunity to experience her expertise first hand, today as well. When he began telling me about how wonderful the doctor he saw was, I immediately knew he was talking about Dr. Bowen. I refuse to see anyone else! She is simply spectacular! Every doctor should strive to be like Dr. Bowen!
