I visited Lindsey Russell, FNP, for a wellness exam in February and was charged for an office visit in addition to the wellness. This office charge was falsified. Nothing outside the realm of the annual physical was discussed. I've been trying to get this issue resolved for weeks but reaching Lindsey or anyone in this office has been extremely difficult.
