Today I give them a poor. I have been going to this office for years but today I was irritated that my apt was at 2:15 pm I arrived at 2 pm and one hour later I am still sitting. Went to the receptionist and she said they had to get some more nurses from the back to help. 15 minutes later the nurse comes out and I let her know I was not happy with the wait time. She was extremely nice and said they had a patient that had to leave by ambulance and they could not tell in some of the rooms how many patients they were behind. We... read more

Steer clear of Ardsley Internal Medicine, this place is a JOKE and the office manager is really bad at her job! Dr. Bastadjian is not concerned about being to work on time and makes her patient wait. If you decide to switch doctors, you must request "PERMISSION" to do so from the office manager. Save yourself time and energy by finding a professional practice/Doctor.
Dr. Thompson is amazing! Office staff friendly and nurses rock!
