They will let you suffer in the heat on the sidewalk having a medical emergency while their security fumbles their way through their jobs. I have never seen such inefficiency and ineptitude. Go anywhere else because you will die before you get in.

Very unprofessional and rude. The nurse my fiancé had acted as if she didn’t want to be there and I was sent to the waiting room for them to pop her elbow in place and immobilize the arm, I was just left sitting with no updates. And when I asked for an update I was told that they couldn’t give me one.

PAs Dakota and Dino, PA student Olivia, and paramedic Amy were incredible! I felt very safe with them and they made me feel at ease when I was in a lot of pain and really nervous about what my diagnosis could be. When I had to have a more invasive, very personal procedure, they were super professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
