I was sent directly over by urgent care with a note in hand showing my vitals, assessment and test results. I showed it at check in, triage and to the physician. I was never asked what current meds I was taking. I came in with very low b/p , dizziness, low o2 sats, abdominal pain..I have an extensive history with abdominal surgeries, colon resection, colostomy etc. Tried to discuss that with doctor but it was of no value as I dont think he cared. My only complaint is the length of time it took to actually speak with a doctor. However, the ER is better than any other hospital I've ever been to. The staff is kind and caring. They try their best to make you as comfortable as possible.

Atrium Pineville emergency department is on top of taking care of all your medical needs and I would highly recommend everyone to go there instead of Piedmont medical. The staff truly care about you and your health.
