I have bad experience on several occasions with this healthcare facility, I had a ugent appt last week, the line was out the door to check in, so I cancelled and went to ugent care. 7/13/ 2026, I can't pick up my prescription until 3pm, because the pharmacy is short staffed, I understand, but can't more resources be provided by their healthcare staff for assisting customers, I had placed my prescription order through my portal, then when I looked at refilled date they push it back to 7/20/26, when I could pick up the prescri... read more
Picked up my prescriptions with no issues. This was a very unique experience these days for US, at the pharmacy or anywhere for that matter. -LVIII
The staff is okay but the security guards apparently expect patrons to not drive out front. There is a one way with no visible signage at the very front of the building. Not in the entrance, it on the road, anywhere. She wanted me to back my car up and create an unsafe driving conditioning instead just driving forward where there were no cars. Only in North Carolina do you see such irrational thought process.
