The staff is very unprofessional. They gave me the wrong information about a vital medication that my mom needs they have had us waiting two weeks on a prescription. The nurse practitioner has sent the order over and over and over I get to the pharmacy for them just to tell me they don’t have the quantity available. They just sold it to someone before me because they couldn’t put it on hold, but I’ve been waiting for it for two weeks

This pharmacy is awful. The only reason I've stayed with them is because my son sees the oncologist upstairs in the same building and the medications he's on is difficult to get at a regular pharmacy. But its still difficult to get the medications at this pharmacy! You would think since the doctor is right upstairs things would be smooth but half the time they don't see the prescription order so I end up waiting. Mrs Audrey was phenomenal in teaching me how to prepare and administer my medications. Mrs Cindy was extremely helpful in helping me obtain the best price based on my insurance (called after hours to explain everything to me). These ladies really care and I’d highly recommend them and this pharmacy.

For months they continue to reroute my prescription to the new location off of Kenilworth when my doctor specifically sends it to the Blythe Blvd location. This was suppose to have been resolved, but it was not. They do not take responsibility for their inability to conduct business in an honest manner with effective communication. My doctor has their correct address on file and has confirmed that on more than one occasion. I use to have some difficulty/confusion with my insurance and getting some of my meds on time from the pharmacy but there are a few special people working there. One of them for sure is Courtney. She is a very polite, professional, and hard worker for the pharmacy. She Always greets me with a smile, organizes my med orders and handles any issue that I may have. I truly appreciate her hard work.
