The care and that I received from Dr. Sanders was great, but unfortunately the support from the Neorology office staff in Pineville does not mirror the attentiveness of the physicians. I made a request for paperwork that I was told would be completed in 5 business days from 5/21 and I still don’t have it. When I inquired I was sent a message in My Chart from Ms. Copeland that basically says it will be in the portal when it’s done. Incredible!
Shoba Jayaram Was very professional and explained all procedures she was to use.
