I called the OBGYN and left a message. The nurse Angela called me back the next day. I told her what was going on as far as female problems. She asked me did you asked your Primary Dr. to give something natural. I told her I come to you all for my female issues. I'm very confused.

I was transferred to this clinic for my prenatal care without my knowledge (or consent) by another physician. Cool, maybe that was What needed to happen. NOT THE CASE! I consistently arrive to my appointments early yet wait in the lobby for 1-2 hours minimum before even being called for vitals. Once I am called for that it's another 30-40 minutes before I'm called to the back where I wait another hour. The wait times are crazy . I waited an hour in the lobby. Forty minutes in the back . I'm still waiting in the back . Not a single soul has checked on me . I don't not recommend this place . I was transferred from upson to the Anderson office. Because I'm qoute on quote a high risk pregnancy

Impossible to schedule an appointment. I haven’t been able to get an appointment in over two months, no one ever answers the phone. I called customer service and even they couldn’t reach them each time we called. I’ve left over 10 messages and haven’t received a single phone call back.

front desk (scheduling) rude refused to make an appointment first appointment was canceled due to snow nobody ever reached out to reschedule then once we did they refused to see him!
