My journey began in December 2019 after delivering our son at 18 weeks and two days. Dr. Misti Patel informed me then that I have cervical insufficiency (weak cervix) and that I would require a cerclage if I were to become pregnant again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went for an ultrasound and they had 3 people in the room. I understand that the tech was training but I felt very uncomfortable and dismissed. I honestly feel that I should have been asked if if it was okay for them to use me in their training session. The techs talked among themselves most of the time and I felt ignored and miserable. They were having idle conversations among each other like what color to change the ultrasound screen to for Valentines Day...smh I felt very irrel... read more
My review is based on the wait times! I don’t even understand the point in scheduling an APPOINTMENT if you have to wait hours to be seen. This is my first pregnancy and updates on the twins are super important so I get that I need to be here, but I also have a job. A job that isn’t so understanding when I tell them I’m late because my scheduled appointment is taking longer every single time.
