Literally the most annoying Doctors office I’ve ever been to, they move their location damn near every 5 seconds and you don’t know until you get to the actual OLD location. They have Doctors & nurses that DON’T know what they’re doing and have you waiting for 1 hour + for a 30 minute conversation .
Recently switched care in the middle of my pregnancy due to a move and have truly enjoyed and appreciated my experience at atrium! My doctor is Doctor Vincent Fang and he has been fantastic. He’s taking every concern seriously and has monitored my health and babies health with diligence! I feel as though I’m in great hands! Making appointments has also been super easy
Please grasp the understanding that they are a very popular and busy practice. Some things will take a bit longer, but with proper communication and patience you will get what you need. I did feel neglected at first and said things out of anger and lack of proper judgement but I’m deciding to change my way of thinking when it comes to this practice. I want to give a shoutout to Hannah, who is an LPN at Atrium Women's Health. I communicated with her via phone and the portal multiple times. She is genuinely so kind and caring, and truly LISTENED to my concerns. She went way out of her way to help me with an insurance question, which she did not have to do! Dr. He is also amazing! She is thorough and explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it.
Dr.Siping He, She is amazing! Upbeat, friendly, informative, and not in a rush to leave the room. However, you’ll be in that waiting room for a very long time.
