As an employee of atrium Navicent I was highly disappointed when I called to follow up after an ER visit, as directed on my discharge paperwork. I was told they have 70 patients scheduled today and would not be seen until July. Then I was rudely told to call my own doctor. I understand a practice being busy but the customer service was horrible. If I wanted to change to a different obgyn it would not be this one.
Very professional, very nice and always happy
This was my first visit, and it was worth driving an hour for. When I walked in the office, I was greeted immediately by the receptionist with a very welcoming smile. She was very efficient in registering me and within 10 minutes of checking in, the Nurse called me. The Nurse made me feel like a part of her family. Dr. B came in and the circle of trust, confidence I felt immediately. Dr. B took time to address my concerns, the next step in my care and assured me that I am in good hand.
