Currently 36 weeks and 6 days pregnant, and I was seeing Dr Kitchen, (ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER) but now i’m seeing Dr. Fang. I haven’t gotten my TDap shot yet, they apparently are now doing prescriptions and you have to go pick it up from a pharmacy and bring it back ? I recently moved to Macon to go to law school and needed my annual checkup in order to get my birth control prescription renewed. While I knew my prescription would expire in March, I had to wait until January to make an appointment that wouldn't conflict with my class schedule. As an employee of atrium Navicent I was highly disappointed when I called to follow up after an ER visit, as directed on my discharge paperwork. I was told they have 70 patients scheduled today and would not be seen until July. Then I was rudely told to call my own doctor. I understand a practice being busy but the customer service was horrible. If I wanted to change to a different obgyn it would not be this one.
