The entire staff is amazing. Friendly and professional. Front desk staff deserves 10 stars.
The two representatives was very professional and nice . The nurses was awesome I remember one of there name Tracy she gave me two shots and was very professional, understanding, the x-ray lady was nice too Dr. Krishna Patel was awesome he listened , examine and immediately diagnosed me . First impressions mean something and I wish places would go out of business that have such rude service. We would rather not have to use your urgent care, believe me, but the least you could do is treat someone politely. We were sent to get just a quick chest X-ray to this place by my child's pediatrician. She told me they close at 8pm. I walked in at 7:29pm. I was told I was too late and I replied "Oh, I was told you close at 8". One of the people at the desk said "We do close at 8, but we stop seeing people at 7:30. See, i... read more
This is one of the best urgent care centers in the area always prompt, caring, and efficient service. Save a ton on medical bills and utilize this place if you’re in need of urgent care in this area. I seen a doctor 15 minutes after walking in was out of the office within the hour and feeling better.
