I went to Atrium Health for a severe anaphylactic reaction and nearly lost my life due to their actions. I was given an overdose of medication that caused psychosis, delirium, and severe physical distress. If your family member died here before or after COVID, I suggest you request an investigation. I don't know how a hospital can get much worse. We have had bad experiences before. The last time my wife had a child, the staff did not check my wife or baby's vitals the whole first night. When we asked about this they said they "forgot". Well recently, I was admitted for a leg surgery. Overnight my pain was so immense and when my doctor came in the morning, he informed me the staff had been giving me the wrong pain medication.
