Avoid Dr. Jay Anderson if you want a physician who respects your right to make your own medical decisions. He dismissed my 78-year-old father as a patient via signed, certified mail after my father declined a repeat endoscopy due to our age related anesthesia concerns. Since then, the staff (PA and the office staff) have continued to call and pressure us. Truly unprofessional and arrogant behavior. We will be taking our care elsewhere.
Horrible at scheduling and calling you back
My appointment with Dr. William K. Fackler, MD went well. He was attentive, asked a lot of questions, and showed overall concern about my health issues. Then offered a treatment plan. I am impressed with the quality of his service and the way that the Atrium Health Navicent office operated. The business was kept clean and ran well, operated by polite and courteous professionals. I highly recommend this service.
This place is GREAT.10 OUT OF 10!!! NO Complaints at all.
All they want to do is egds and colonoscopies never saw my doctor one time in office thank God for the nurse practitioner. They don't want to deal with Chrons or UC and they wouldnt prescribe me anything but humara even after I told them how hard that drug was on my body definitely wouldn't recommend if you have autoimmune issues.
