Excellent care team, highly recommend if you want thoroughness
Atrium Health Navicent Pediatric Gi has had excellent service every time. Dr. Black has been very informative and very kind.
I am pretty much done with anything related to atrium Health at this point. My 7 yr old daughter has been in pain for weeks and weeks now gi had test ran and stuff after we called and Said the meds they gave her weren't helping. Should have ran all the tests the first time we were there. Now. My daughter still in very bad pain they call and say the doctor won't be available on the date for the follow up appointment and pushed the appointment back a freaking month! This office is so irritating!! WHAT DRS OFFICE CALLS WITH HALF THE INFORMATION LET ALONE CALLS YOU ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER YOUR CHILD HAS THEIR TEST DONE, SUBMITS IT IN THE PORTAL THOUGH THEN WHEN YOU CALL SAY THE DR WANTED ME TO INFORM YOU OF THE RESULTS AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS!!! MY CHILD WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! Also to add when you switch a child's medicine and the parent asks if they have to stop the other medication for example reflux medicine yet you tell me you don't know and you'll call me back.. 2 days to call a parent... read more
The doctor is informative, and was able to figure out the issues, but it’s like pulling teeth to talk to someone in the office. The nurse NEVER calls back. It’s the most frustrating thing ever.
