The office staff needs a class in being professional and customer service. They’re rude and act like ur incompetent. The staff treats u like crap and talk to u like the pt is beneath them very condescending & belittling. If I could give negative stars I would!! This is coming from Dad & Grandmother of child!! Worst experience EVER with atrium children’s emergency room and the children’s neurology!! Definitely go somewhere else!!

I want to say that I appreciate everything they do for my grandson. I hope in the future they will continue the good work.
If I could give a ZERO to the records release portion of this children’s hospital, I would. 7 requests and one month later and no records have been sent. It should not be this difficult to get immunization records for childcare purposes. If anyone could actually help me in this office, let me know.
