If I could give a ZERO to the records release portion of this children’s hospital, I would. 7 requests and one month later and no records have been sent. It should not be this difficult to get immunization records for childcare purposes. If anyone could actually help me in this office, let me know.

I walk in with my 5 year old child sick and the nurse at the front desk say have a seat I check u in a few minutes she did not took my and when they call people waiting the nurse ask who is next not knowing who’s next so unprofessional instead of giving people a number or taking their name so they know who is next I give this hospital 1 star if I could give none star I would worst hospital ever no profesional not coordinated with who is next what a jock
