I asked for 2 pieces of paper to be filled out to help me get Para transit and that lady named Julie was sooo rude. It would have taken 4 min. Now I miss Dr appointments because the nurse did not give a damn. Said it takes a week. They ain't gonna break a sweat over a breast cancer, lymph node cancer skin cancer patient at all. Level 4. How awful.
Have been coming to this place for a year instead of them calling me before my appointment to let me know they no longer accept my insurance. They wait till the date of my appointment after I drove almost 2 hours to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance and wanted to charge me The crazy part about is I work in the medical field as a nurse so I do know that you guys are supposed to run insurance before appointment instead of wasting peoples time….
My appointment was at 8. I am almost 2 hours in and still sitting in the waiting area! There are too many people clocked in to be waiting this long! This is unacceptable! As the patient my time is not being considered
