Over the last year I unfortunately had to take my 8 year old to get stitches 2 times, once from a swing incident. Once from a bike incident and tonight he cut his toe from running on our road without shoes because he constantly takes them off when he goes out. Kennedy Osborne, NP was very judgmental and rude tonight. Dr Logan has been great the first two times when he needed stiches. Tonight he didn't even have as bad of a injury on his toe as I thought. Take too long, so long to the point i would be dead before they even helped me.
While on vacation my son became sick and we were 10 hours from home we brought him in and was seen right away and was treated quickly. Very grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed toward my child and our family. Highly recommend
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I feel like parents need to be warned. Dr. Logan doesn’t need to be working the pediatric ER anymore. Twice now he has sent us home, making us feel like we were idiots for coming in. The first time my toddler was having an allergic reaction & was breaking out into hives. He told us it was eczema & sent us home. He made us feel so dumb for coming in the way he talked to us. The general staff and nurses I’ve encountered were very sweet and helpful. However, one of the healthcare providers (nurse practitioner) we received misdiagnosed my child leaving us with a high hospital bill and a prescription which actually made the condition worse which we later discovered after following up with pediatrician. When questions were asked since we disagreed with their diagnosis, the practitioner was rude replying “Well, that’s what it is” before rushing out of the room.
