I had a great experience at this emergency room. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and felt taken care of. The staff showed excellent customer service — they were personable, friendly, and truly empathetic to my concerns. What stood out most was that they really listened to me and made sure I felt heard throughout the visit. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I was very hesitant coming to this ER due to all the bad reviews I tried to avoid it but in the situation and moment it was the nearest location. I will have to say that from walking in I was greeted by security and front desk nicely the nurses got me back quickly and acted promptly to my issues the dr was there and ready when they took me to the room everyone was so friendly and quick to act I am thankful for the staff working that night!

I visited this Emergency Room in July 2025 after falling over my dog injuring my chest at home. I waited until later that evening before going in after the pain became severe. When I arrived, I was placed in an examination room and a young man stuck his head into the room to let me know they will be preparing me for X-rays. He never introduced to me WHO he was, just stuck his head in the room from the glass partition. I thought he was maybe an orderly or CNA. This is regarding Dr. Jennifer Zernec. Thankfully I recorded the conversation I had with her today, because she quoted me saying things I never said. She also stated I kept interrupting her (the opposite was true) and that I was unwilling to have a reasonable conversation. I was never once unreasonable. I have a blood clot and asked a lot of questions, ESPECIALLY since it felt like she couldn't houldn't get out of the room fast enough.
