No transparency at all for patients. Was injured given antibiotics and given a 3500 hospital bill for the "lack" of services rendered. I would never go back here. This place is fraudulent
Staff was great all around however Nurse Oshrea was absolutely wonderful! From the moment she walked in, she made my mom and all of her visitors feel comfortable and at ease. She showed genuine empathy while also bringing a sense of humor that helped us laugh during a very difficult situation. Her kindness, compassion, and ability to connect with people made a stressful experience so much more manageable. Editing my review again, because I do not trust this place in any capacity. I did some digging, and this is what the nurse wrote on my paperwork: ""Attempted to D/C patient multiple times starting at 0900. Pt continually worked self up into panic attack when in the room. When given some time to self, RN would walk into patient sleeping. Pt would then again work self up into panic attack causing herself to throw up in front of RN. Pt kept trying for uber and lyft. Muy mala atencion lleve ami bebe con fiebre alta desde las 7 y eran las 9 y no tenia ni un tylenol para mi bebe de 1 año y ni daban señales de dar alguna receta para el alta definitivamente no lo recomiendo si llevas una emergencia
