Left the doctor at 1030 in terrible pain told my prescription will help & was sent over 4hrs… FOUR HRS later I find out it was never sent & had to drive allll the way back to get them to do their jobs. They clearly don’t care & can’t even be paid to pretend. Thankfully I’ll never be back

I took my little one there to get seen, as he had had a fever days prior and had thrown up once the fever subsided and had then been horribly tired ever since. It was worrying and I had an hour and a half before picking up my oldest from school. I waited at least half an hour and even asked the nurse when the doctor would be in and she couldn’t tell me. I would like to personally thank Anita Hoyt, PA-C, Don and Arielle for the amazing care they gave my mother on a recent trip to the Mountain Island ER. They provided immediate care, listened to our concerns on the symptoms she was experiencing and took action. Anita had even reviewed her chart (and continued to) prior to us being seen. Everyone that participated in my son’s care was professional, kind, showed care/concern related to the reason why my son was being seen, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this ER when immediate care is needed!

Terrible. My medical assistant blatantly made fun of my past history of past alcohol abuse (I’ve sober over 3 years. Guess it’s still in my chart), saying “If the pains too much, you could always have a couple beers”. He was promptly told to be quiet by another assistant taking my vitals, so she definitely knew what he was doing and could tell I knew too.
