Man I went in there around 945pm last night with extreme shortness of breath my anxiety was peaked and was told I can breath if im talking by the actual doctor. Was there from 9 something at night until almost 4 in the morning with nobody checking on me. I was given a breathing treatment and poked just for me to leave in the same condition I walked in there with smh. My negative review is not on the nurses or doctors but the front receptionist for check in. Demetra seemed to have an attitude when I was attempting to check in my son for care. Simply because I did not really old address from over 8 years ago or my old phone number. There was not need for the rude demeanor at all, I highly suggest retraining on how to have proper communication with incoming patients
Dr. Jenifer Zernec and the other nurses were amazing. They Should really get paid more!!
Great staff, they explained every procedure I had to go through. No complaints.
Staff was incredible from the front intake to every doctor and nurse who helped me. I am very grateful for the service I received here.
