This is definitely a quality emergency department. The staff did a great job taking care of a family member. My only suggestion is to turn off the Throwback Jams that is playing 24x7 on the waiting room TV. When you're in pain, sometimes you don't want to listen to 80s pop music.
This ED would be greatly enhanced by turning off the "Throwback Jamz" playing full blast 24x7 on the waiting room TV. Asked for it to be turned off and it got turned down from deafening to annoyingly loud. Not helpful for patients.
From the security guard, the front desk ladies, nurses to doctors, everyone was polite and efficient. I appreciated the wonderful bedside manner!
