Started as a patient in late 2023. My first visit with a nurse practitioner, wasn’t that great. She barely listened, looked at her laptop the entire visit. I’m a complicated case as my entire spine, to my hips, is fused. Sometimes, depending on what I’m doing, traveling, weather etc - I need pain meds. Some days I need 0-3 pills per day. It’s not a one size fits all pain with 2 1/2 ft of titanium drilled into my bones. Have been waiting on a call to get a new appointment since Dr Evans left.Was told they would call when appointments where ready to be scheduled again when they got new drs in there. Was told that in March. Do you have new drs in there yet?
After being ignored by orthopedists, I was especially thankful to have the thorough and caring treatment received. I have every confidence in Dr. Costello and will go where he is assigned. I wish he would stay in Denver but apparently Atrium sees the need for a change. I am so thankful I came here.
I have been to this location twice and have been treated great from the front desk, to the nurses, to the PA Lori Foster and Dr. Evans. They are really friendly and helpful. Dr. Evans really listened to me and devised a plan to help me. All listened to me and answered my questions. I would recommend them to anyone.
They called me to see if I was coming back to see them. I was a new patient and I have high blood pressure because of nerve damage and she wanted me to go er and I been in the er 3x in one week. I had a little migraine because of the rain of driving in it. I was trying to get help with my pain for my blood pressure to go down to be told I need to go to the er.
