This office is very quick. After arriving we spent about 3 minutes in the waiting area before being called back. After the nurse visit the Dr immediately came in. He was very thorough with his exam and explained everything to where we could understand.
My son has been seen here for about 4 years, always great office staff and wonderful providers. We chose to keep seeing Dr. Griffin after moving away from the area because of his calm manner and the quality of care my son receives. 5*s easily!
I am very upset with this clinic. Dr. Griffin was amazing as always, but the service at this clinic has gone way down hill. I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 5 to see Dr. Griffin as it is closer for us, but after this visit I will be looking to change. It starts at the front desk with constantly have a different person at the desk that go from rude to ruder. Then new nurses who have no clue what they are doing.
