We were referred to genetics after our son was diagnosed with a particular condition. The folks there were very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us direction in his care. They listened to our concerns and made sure we understood everything. Can't say enough about Shelly, the intern (sorry I did not remember her name but she was fantastic) and of course the doctor that saw our son ( again can't remember her name).
