The doctors and staff are wonderful, and the office is easy to access once you’re inside the building. Unfortunately, the parking garage is consistently full and the spaces are very small. It shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to find parking — that was extremely frustrating, especially when arriving with a special needs child in a wheelchair. I hope this issue can be addressed.
Dr Ferren and Mackenzie are great! They are comforting and make my son want and look forward to his appointments. The whole staff has been there for us since day one.

Dr Ferren and the rest of the team are top notch. He has gone above and beyond for us time and time again. I would recommend them to everyone. We live about an hour and a half away, 30 minutes into the drive one of my kids got sick in the car and we had to turn around, making us close to 30 minutes late to the appointment.
