If you put this in on maps, it sends you to the top floor and it is not clear how to get to atrium. The staff wouldn’t see my sick toddler because we were 10 minutes late wandering around the buildings second floor with no signage as to where atrium was. The 10 minute policy also wasn’t communicated to us at all on the phone and we are new patients. They didn’t care at all that their staff dropped the ball in telling us the policy. I take all 4 of my children to Dr. Jaqua & he is truly amazing! He is so patient & kind. He spends plenty of time working with parents and their children. All of his amazing ideas have truly helped my family.
Always have a great experience here from check in to doctors. We've been seeing the pediatricians here since 2017, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Candace Howell is our favorite! Great bedside manner and docs make us feel like our girls are a priority.
Love our doctor, Dr Howell is awesome! Also the staff is great all over.
I had a great experience at Atrium Health! From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and very attentive. The staff acted quickly and made sure my son was taken care of without delay. It was a huge relief to see how efficiently and compassionately they handled everything. I’m truly grateful for the care they provided. Highly recommended!
