First of all, I want to say as far as the doctor, all the staff and the facility they are amazing and should get 5 + stars all day long. My experience when it comes to billing and dealing with customer service would get negative stars if it were possible. I received a letter that my insurance was denying or delaying payment on my medical bills. There are no EOBs or denials when I log into my insurance account, so I call customer service. Dr McHaffie and his team were wonderful. They listened to us. They evaluated my cancer and advised me of the treatment options. I appreciate the 1.5 hrs of time they spent with me as it was very helpful in my decision making process.
LCI (Levine Cancer Institute), is AWESOME!! I could not hope or wish for better treatment!!
