I would honestly give my experience a zero star. My experience with Dawn Knight has been horrible. Maybe she had a bad day but from the rudeness, passive aggressiveness, even when I was trying to communicate with her it came off as if she was trying to get me to hurry up and stop talking. I honestly do not appreciate how this lady behavior was especially towards my elderly mother. Thats a shame, she needs to go into customer service training and go back to school for being an RN. Our experience with her was horrible
I flew home 2 days ago from visiting family in Europe for an appointment today at 9:00 with Doctor Joshua Kain. I was going to extend my trip in Europe but this was an appointment I didn't want to miss. When I went to check in I was informed they canceled my appointment and couldn't get ahold of me via phone. I asked if they had my email on file. They did, but didn't send an email. There is no amount of stars-out-of-five that can convey how pissed off I am. In all fairness, I did arrive 8 minutes late 🙃🫠
