My aunt was admitted here, after 4 days of being here her condition grew worst, she was not hooked up to an IV despite being so dehydrated that her skin was drier than a potato chip. I just had the worse experience I have ever had with NP Chad Hensley. He disrespected me with him saying very bad things to me and belittling me due a difference of opinion on his professionalism and diagnosis. He was so incompetent it was unbelievable. Shame on him. I felt tension and uncomfortable when he came into the room irritated and not focused. He tried to write me out a prescription for a medication I already take for stomach issues. I was in the behavioral health unit at Kings Mountain. It had several issues I would say are consistent with BHUs, but all in all, it was better than many. Cindy, Faith, Unek, and Courtney were great nurses who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional level of care. As far as techs go, Jayden went to the extreme to make everyone feel comfortable and help others. Daisy and Nick were also great.
