I absolutely love the emergency department of this hospital. I have been here numerous times in the past and have always had an AMAZING experience! That is why I drive from Mooresville to come here when my family or I need emergency care. I took my 16 year old son here recently in regards to a broken right hand. The wait was not long to get into a room.Two VERY AWESOME triage nurses named John and Zack welcomed my family and I with open arms.They were very nice, consistent, and kept smiles on our faces during that stressful ... read more

I’m not sure how Dr. Karen Bentley still has a job. She was rude and had absolutely no hostility. She treated me as if I was lying about my symptoms only because I had been seen before with chest pains. There was only one nice person the whole time I was there. I accidentally drank a lot of caffeine on an empty stomach and had chest pains all day. The dr pretty much said oh well and sent me home with nothing.
