Doctor Jorge Nagel lied to us yesterday he is rude and should not be trusted with your health. My father fell of a truck and potentially broke his rib, after radiology we were never shown the X-rays, the nurse gave us our paper work to leave without Dr Nagel coming in to say anything to us, he then got into a debate with the nurse about the potential break, the nurse clearly saying it looked like a “break” and him completely denying it, this all happening within ear shot of us. I had such a positive experience at this ER and truly can’t thank the staff enough for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring during a really stressful situation. It was honestly the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to nurse Lindsay, Ron, Andrea and Roberto. You all made this experience the best I’ve had with healthcare.

Went to Atrium Health primarily to get treated for my Gout flare-ups. The Dr. told me he would send in a prescription for it however, when I went to the pharmacy to pick it up it was for something else and I never received the medication for gout.

We’ve been here going on 6 hours and have yet to see the Doctor . It’s nice ,clean but severely understaffed,after sitting in the over crowded reception area ,I asked the receptionist if he could give me an estimate on waiting or where we were in the cue. He responded it was against the law to answer my question. Still waiting, I won’t ever come back here
