I love this ER department. They make sure that you’re very well taken care of and they make sure you don’t leave in pain. I love the staff. I love everyone in there. You guys are doing an amazing job. Thank you so much for taking care of my family.
Really nice and took great care of me
Got to er was in a room quickly and then the Dr was in within 5 minutes and I got a nurse I had a year prior (Britney) she smells amazing don’t ask her what it is you’ll want it and it’s expensive but it smells great she was the the sweetest my ct scan lady was the sweetest also all around if you gotta spend New years Eve in the er this is the one,
The doctors and nurses really took care of my baby and kept me involved with everything. It all happened in a timely manner and the staff was wonderful! Best experience my son and I have had since moving to the Charlotte area.
Terrible service. The doctor never arrived, only the assistant. I waited four hours to be seen, and there were only 10 patients at most in the emergency room. It's not fair considering everything else.
