Dr Katzen was fantastic- professional, on-time, listened attentively and offered approachable solutions. Nice, clean facility with easy parking.
I'm a wheelchair user. The day of my appointment it was pouring down rain and the ramp was outside of the area where the shelter is making it very difficult. The receptionist asked me if they had permission to treat me, which I had already signed those.papers ahead of time. Also, she asked to keep my insurance card while I was in my appointment, which I wasn't comfortable with.
