Dr. Stewart and his crew were very good and professional. My leg was hurting in my prostatic, needed advice from DrStewart. He said it is not a surgery problem, suggest ed seeing my Prostatic Man. I did and he is making me a new cup for my leg!!!
I had an important OBGYN appointment scheduled with them. After going back and forth with a customer representative at least 4 times, she told me it was okay if I was late to the appointment since they have no availability other than that day and it is hard for me to get off. I get there and they wouldn’t see me. Will not go back again.
I am so glad I chose my recent surgery at Atrium Lincolnton. Surgery is an experience you can do without; however, the entire staff were so friendly, compassionate, and very professional. Everyone set great expectations, made certain I was comfortable at all times, and it was obvious they care. From check-in to the Nurses, to the Doctors, it was a really good experience.
