I had an important OBGYN appointment scheduled with them. After going back and forth with a customer representative at least 4 times, she told me it was okay if I was late to the appointment since they have no availability other than that day and it is hard for me to get off. I get there and they wouldn’t see me. Will not go back again.
I am so glad I chose my recent surgery at Atrium Lincolnton. Surgery is an experience you can do without; however, the entire staff were so friendly, compassionate, and very professional. Everyone set great expectations, made certain I was comfortable at all times, and it was obvious they care. From check-in to the Nurses, to the Doctors, it was a really good experience.
So far it has been pleasant and informative. Surgery in April and am expecting full recovery with the help of my God who will be the hands and mind of my surgeon.....
Excellent and efficient facility and very competent staff. Dr. Stewart is an excellent surgeon. Highly recommend the Lincolnton facility.
