Dr. Moshiree and team was team were so nice and msde me feel at ease. They assured me everthing would be alright. And it was.
My experience was great.the staff was also great.no long wait to be seen.
Had a routine colonoscopy. Had bleeding after - quite a bit. Called and left message - no response. Called the next day three times - no call back. On fourth call finally got a nurse. Was laughed at about blood coming out of me. Laughed at by a nurse about rectal bleeding. Hung up. Called back and asked about filing a complaint. Got a call back regarding the complaint quicker than a call back regarding rectal bleeding after a colonoscopy. They obviously care about complaints more than patient care. Had a horrible experience here with Melissa Flood, NP. Was dismissed, demeaned, and withheld treatment. Once I filed a complaint, the manager of the clinic, Meredith Oliveri, called me and attempted to shift the blame on me for ten minutes straight, using my medical history against me. Horrible clinic that's a prime example of all the pitfalls of modern medicine. I've been in the Atrium system my entire life and never have I been met such incompetence. I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this clinic. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Melissa Flood, NP, and when I filed a complaint, the manager, Meredith Oliveri, called me and proceeded to argue with me about the complaint I filed. As for my experience with Melissa, I was having horrible GI symptoms of extreme distention and panic after eating, undigested food in my stool, elevated ESR, constipation, and extreme brain fog.
