GI Doctor was thorough, good listener, and is taking all the right steps to make an appropriate diagnosis. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Not consistent, had a procedure in March 2026. Finally in August 2026 I seen the doctor, that I was told didn't work there anymore. She recommended another procedure, almost a month later I have not gotten a phone call or seen anything in the portal.I did not see any compassion for the patient. Left office questions unanswered. I only wish I could give them a negative number. They have not been helpful to me at all and have only made my situation worse. It's impossible to get an appointment and questions ask in the portal are ignored. I ask for a referral to another provider in there practice and was denied since I live right over the border in SC and was told I need to go to Charleston 3.5 hours away to see a similar provider. Great staff and I have made so much progress on getting better. I truly trust these people now and recommend them to anyone that needs help in treating or fixing health problems
