The staff is very nice and friendly, but be prepared to wait a disturbingly long amount of time to be seen by a medical provider. I have never had an appointment where I waited less than 50 minutes past the scheduled start time, not including the time I arrived early. They do not respect my time, yet they would cancel an appointment if I were 15 minutes late; they seem to think I have two hours to spare for a 15-minute appointment that should start within a relatively reasonable amount of time. These ladies here are wonderful!! They make u feel welcomed. They give you any and all info they can, as well as doing any and everything they can for you. Here's the big one: LISTENING GETS 5 STARS ALONE!!
I delivered by induction due to poly and pre E. All my nurses were so kind and supportive. I progressed very fast and dr Custer was with another patient. She and a student delivered my baby and did amazing. Very supportive team. Mara was the kindest nurse and supportive.
