Staff was nice and facility was clean. However, staff didn't have back up staff to help residents that needed help. Residents are told to hit the nurse button when they needed anything or needed to go to the bathroom, but it would take staff 20 minutes or more to answer the call button. When I asked a staff person about it, I was told it was just her and she was giving someone a shower. She should get to when she gets a chance.
Got to be the biggest joke of a rehabilitation center I have ever encountered. Staff totally incompetent-rude-mean-uncaring. Should be investigated by the state.
