I hope everyone that reads this review understands the severe lack of professionalism and lack of service this clinic has shown my family for the last 6 days is not an exaggeration. Please take heed of my WARNING to you to not use this clinic under any circumstance. After 4 ER visits, and several calls from my grandmothers primary care physician, and family dating back to 7/22/2025 we STILL not have not received a returned call as of 7/28/2025 6:15 EST from the pain clinic. I’ve been seeing pain management for 10 months to control my FBSS. Dr Cunningham prescribed pain medicine since April 24. Please call in a monthly supply for help ease my pain thank you kindly!
I had an appointment with Karen Self NP at 2 pm, had to be there at 1:30 to fill out paperwork. Took about 20 minutes to do. Sat and waited for over 45 minutes and she never came in to see me. I was told she only had ONE patient ahead of me. Why was she in with them for over an hour ?I can see being behind 10-15 minutes but not 45-60 minutes. Will not recommend this business nor will I go back.
