They are kind and really good at what they do.
We had a very disappointing experience at this facility this morning. My husband who is post stroke was scheduled for an occupational therapy evaluation for 8:30AM. He had some bathroom issue before we left our house and so we left little bit later and we are about 30 minutes away. We couldn't find disabled parking spot as all were taken, we had to check in downstairs first, find a wheelchair and take the elevator to second floor arriving 6 minutes after our scheduled appointment.
