If i can Give the 0 Star i will. This was my 1st time visiting this hospital on 7/27/26! WEN in for pelvic pain with vaginal Bleeding they were really fast in to getting me in to a( Room 40) but i was in that room for over 40min waiting for a Rn or A Dr AND NOOO ONE EVER CAME IN.. MY UNDERSTANDING IS IF everyone that goes in The ER for Pain is because we have pain AND no one ever came in the room. Had to leave to head to another Hospital. After an incident of my 5 year old choking, he wasn’t breathing correctly at home.. we waited 3.5 hours total before we left.. 3 hours after Triage.. we had to leave because I couldn’t stay up any longer. I wish they had adequate staff to see patients. This was a Thursday night.

Went in after losing mobility in my shoulder over the course of 3 days. Had to park about a mile away because there were nothing but work trucks parking lot with everyone sitting on their trucks smoking. After 3 hrs I was lucky enough to sit in a recliner on display in the emergency room listening to an uncontrollable child next to me screaming while in literally the worst pain of my life. Worse customer service in the Ed I been here since 12 and it 4pm and haven’t been out in a room they don’t check on there patients it’s 2026 and they operate like back in the day horrible service I had nurse give no and left out the room for about 15 mins to check on another patient yelling across the room to another nurse very unprofessional i work on the medical field and have never seen nothing like this
