I was told that I needed a new referral when I’m just switching from atrium in Concord to atrium and Davidson. She had an attitude and this is at 7:38 this morning and she also hung up on me and I will never spend my money with this company again that goes I won’t go to the hospital. I won’t go anywhere cause this obviously is the type of people that you put in with your business. I’m good and you check who hung up on me. I hope you get the karma that you deserve.

This place needs to be permanently shut down and their entire staff needs to be barred from ever working in healthcare again. I saw Meghan Noble for a will and then I guess she disappeared? I tried to make an appointment one day and they said she was gone. No warning, nothing. Cool. So they set me up with a MALE provider without telling me he was man. They are fully aware I can only be placed with female providers. Now, they told me I need to make an appointment with Dr. Walson before I can get my next medication refill. If ... read more

Atrium Health Behavioral Health went above and beyond my expectations. From the caring staff to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, everything reflected professionalism and compassion. There were plenty of activities and opportunities for people of all ages, and I always felt respected, heard, and supported.
