Dr. Thommen is an incredible doctor and I trust her judgment. I have been seeing her for years now and she has always listened, shown empathy, and shared her knowledge. I am so thankful for her. -PB

Honestly, imma be honest with everyone. This is a great place, I understand some of the comments, however, I believe for me personally I thought it was amazing experience. I wasn’t in there for long and I completely understand why they don’t just give out information to people. I came there a few days ago. Had a LONG time in the hospital, and even tho I was somewhat rude due to my issues and anxiety. Cancelled me as a patient when I asked to be transferred to someone else after having increasingly frustrating experiences with provider. Said they would reach out in a week, didn’t reach out until months later - after I was only provided 2 months or refills, a shorter than the usual period, which felt retaliatory as in that appt I expressed frustration directly with provider. The med change was also extreme, and I suffered for 2 months trying to figure out what was going on. Not to mention being forced into finding another ... read more
