Pathetic to put it nicely. Soon the Dr’s will be out of jobs because of how horrendous their receptionists are to speak to... when they actually DO decide to answer the phone or return your call... Thank God I have nothing drastically wrong with me, because I sure wouldn’t have the help... If you don’t want to deal with people, don’t work in the medical field! Let people who will enjoy showing kindness and compassion take your place... Blows my mind.

Just showed up for my appointment and was told the doctor wasn't even there. No one called to reschedule, no apologies, just an offer to reschedule. Highly unprofessional for a psychiatric office for the doctor to just not show up. This place is 25 minutes from my house. Combine that with the time my husband had to take off from work to drive me and this is one expensive waste of time and money.

my reason for 3 stars is that it is very hard to get messages to and from your doctor in a timely manner, and near impossible to get an appointment in between during crisis. they will just tell you to go to ER - even if your doctor says to call them to get squeezed in (that wont happen). Apart from this, I've found them to be mostly professional (just dont expect a lot from the nurses extension. thats where the professionalism sometimes goes away. Very rude customer service....and a doctor (Dr. Lilly) that is dishonest. This office is a 45 minute drive from home. My wife had an appointment one morning and was running a little behind schedule so she called the Dr's office to let them know that she was going to be a little late....and asked if she should still come, or reschedule. The woman on the phone asked the Dr and the Dr said that it was ok, and that she should still come to the office.
