Atrium Health At Home's customer service is dismal. My brother passed a week ago. We are still trying to get Atrium over to his apartment to pick up their hospital bed and other medical equipment that were delivered when my brother entered hospice care. I've called them at least 3 times. Twice they said someone would contact me with an ETA. No one did. Supposedly, they are "en route" now. It's 2:07 pm now. Couldn't have been nicer. Surprisingly efficient and fast. Durable Medical Rx filled in a few hours. Very pleased.

My mom has been wanting for her medical supplies for going on a month now and we have talked with her doctor Dr. Sevensma and he said he had already fax the information over and when I went and talked with the lady at Atrium Health she was very rude and short all she told me was they didn't have medical supplies there when I know that's a lie she was just rude and very unprofessional all around and if my mom runs out of her medical supplies because of this we will be getting a lawyer

Have been trying to get a bipap machine for more than two months with oxygen being in low 80s at night you would think being without oxygen would be a top priority have been told my cost but still no machine an no appointment to get one
