RecommendedNice clean place great customer service good hours . The staff was all extremely nice to us, took a lot of time explaining things. No problems at all! My wife's memo gram & ultrasound was done there, great and clean facility, very flexible with appointments , staff are awesome, no waiting. This is one of the best and safest places ive ever been. I took my daughter to Atrium Diagnostic today for an X-ray. The place was very busy, so we waited for about 30 minutes. During that time, I watched Michelle, (front desk), literally do the job of 3 people. She was swamped with patients, some of whom were pretty nasty and yet she stayed professional and courteous. This lady should get a raise, like tomorrow.
Awful place I would not recommend this place to anyone. They would not take two MRI scans in the same day unlike other places. They claimed insurance company would not pay for second scan. Find hard to believe because other places I called it was no problem to get both scans at the same time and or same day. The person at desk said she was doing me a favor doing the second scan two days later in the same week.They would not give me the report had to get from the doctor. this place I love the crew they treat you very nice as soon as you walk in the door they make you feel peaceful Especially like me that I Get In xiety and I am. Claustrophobic will not go nowhere else��
My mother has been going to atrium diagnostic for a few years now. Their staff are accommodating and very polite. Their customer service is great especially Michelle at the front desk! She'll answer any questions you may have! Appointments are easy to make and results are notified quickly. Overall, a great team of individuals!
Great facility!! Have been coming here for years..wonderful staff especially Michelle always sweet and helpful..always get quick appointments and never a long wait. Technicians are great and caring. I've been to a few other facilities in the area and this one is definitely my favorite.
This facility is the best for all your radilogy needs. The entire staff, especially Michelle, are caring and supportive. Prompt appointments, wonderful radiologists and great customer service. The front desk is friendly and so caring. I had a mammo that for the first time in 13 years i didnt feel excructiating pain. I hardly felt it. Five star facility, would highly recommend.
Level of service has gone down tremendously and tests results were not given to me as promised. I had to go in a week and 1/2 later to retrieve them and was told they did not have to speak to me I needed to talk to my doctor. I left there office and called my doctor, he also never received the results.
