Use to be super good service but its going little down hill. I was called Joe, without being asked if you prefer being called Joseph which is on my chart. Also the hygenist kept having her should so close to me. Never had a Hygenist be so close like that. Pretty bad manners over all. Also my mouth guard some reason has a little slit in the middle not just at the end but in the middle up little bit to the end . the dr said you have been chewing on it.
