Maintenance is very slow and unresponsive. I’ve had a repair request pending for over three months with no resolution, despite multiple follow-ups. On top of that, there are only 4 washers for 50+ units, so you have to be lucky every week to get laundry done at your time of choosing. Residents deserve better service.
Cheaper place with guaranteed of two parking spots. Biggest downside are the neighbors being super loud. Screaming kids, car music being blasted, trash truck early mornings. There's no AC except for the small portable unit so windows remain open unless you want to suffer in the heat.
Your experience here fully depends on the manager. First manager for us did a great job, but the last one was very slow and unkind when we leave. Please note that they take all the deposit (800 USD) when you leave.
