The Frederic Nursing and Rehab Center in Frederic WI had a wonderful Activities Director who knew all the residents names, did daily activities with the residents, shopped for them (often using her own money and then waiting to get reimbursed), and truly cared for all the residents. Yet she was let go (apparently because of the color of her skin). If their service is anything like the blonde dry hair looking lady that was so nasty about their reserved parking spaces, I would NOT use their services. You never know who you are talking to, nor what they are there for. No thank you, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
