Over worked and burnt-out employees not including ADMINISTRITOR AND CORPORATE is about nothing but the $$$$$$$. 10,000 a month for your loved you to stay at and getting ready to GO UP in PRICE $$$$$$!!! They pay their underprivileged staff, so housekeepers ($ 12 an hour) and kitchen staff ($13) as little as they can with some of them going 13 years since a raise?!! Incredible isn't it. Mulder is a great facility. The staff truly care about the residents as though they are family. The facility attempts to bring family to the facility with many special events. Family meals, carnivals, food trucks, and overall great fun.
Not a safe environment for dementia patients. Poor staff and Administration interactions with patients and family. Food is terrible quality. Housekeeping is mostly non existent. Not worth the stress.
