Overall they seem to be nice people. The office is just so small that it's hard to communicate efficiently. If 1 of the maybe 4 or 5 people who work there is not in the office the day you try to call, it seems that no much can get done. Good luck if the account rep is out sick, because no-one else in the office will be able to assist you with your problem/issue/whatever. Don't believe the sales person. By far the worst, most expensive credit card processing company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! Fees upon fees upon fees upon fees!!!!! I have had to call customer service every month since I started with them and I'm so over it that I've stopped taking credit cards! Run away!!!!

Never have I dealt with a company such as this. Believe all the reviews that have been posted. They do not reveal the charges or fees. I asked them to email me all the fees and charges associated with doing business with them and guess what! Never happened! And it is true that they forge their customer's signatures on lease agreements. They send you card readers you don't want, need or ask for but you can't get out of the lease! They promised that their system would integrate with my POS System. Sent equipment that cannot integrate never got back to me of fixing this and started charging me processing and leasing fees. This place is a SCAM!!!!!!
