The property was an immense satisfaction as we had been to many apartment complexes. This one out did all complexes by grounds anesthetics & the attention paid to us and information given to us from Edith and Sujan. Wonderful staff. Thankyou very much for your consideration in our request and allowing us to rent an apartment at Langdon Park at West Covina.

Moving is already stressful but what’s more stressful is having bad communication with the property that you initially wanted to do business with. Times has changed that’s for sure because now in order to apply for an apartment they hold a “holding deposit” that’s is “refundable”. I guess it would be alright if it didn’t take 10 months and a day to get my money back. I’ve been waiting on my hold deposit for 3 weeks now. It’s frustrating. The goal of this review is two things, first, to draw attention and hopefully help fix the ongoing homeless situation in this apartment complex.
