Atrium Apts mole in apartment walls and flooring are very old maintenance only patch up work. other then this out dated apartment. nice tenants and concierge ,it could be a perfect Building to live in if management upgrade. i will rate this building 2 stars.
Great location, everything else is Sub-par Atrium Village's location is perfect, close to transit and the BEST neighborhood in Chicago. Old town is rich with bars, restaurants, work out options and neighborhood activities. When it comes to Atrium Village, Onni (the owners) are only holding on to this building until they knock it down to build 4 high-rise buildings.
