We rented from Aaron for 2 years in Newmarket. His demeanor is a great mix of professional and relaxed, and I was impressed by the amount of work he and Dave (the handiest of all handy men) put into the building we were renting in. Aaron was very prompt in his responses via email, text, and phone call. I would definitely recommend!

I have been an Employee of Arron Brown and have assisted in work on his properties for two summers now when I am off from University. What I have seen while working for and with him is that he and in turn Atrio properties truly cares for his tenants and wants to keep the properties in working order, jumping around from one property to another to try to help where he can. Over all I have had absolutely no issues with Atrio Properties.
