I would not recommend them until I see drastic changes. Go with another pca company there are plenty more out there I’m very upset with them and this is the second time in under a year my daughter had to leave a negative review for them to address payment issues. They have changed there name and system all in the time frame we have been with them I don’t like it one bit.its been 8 days and she still hasn’t got paid why change systems? I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from management. This is now the second time I have not received my pay due to poor management and communication issues. Employees should not have to constantly chase down information about their paycheck or worry about whether they will be paid correctly and on time.
